Growth Mindset Week 10:Make a Mindset Motto or Mantra

This is more like a meme than a motto but I consider it my motto because these words are what keep me from going to those dark places and giving up. What “넌 괜찮을 거야 oh 여긴 magic shop” means is “ You will be ok here in the Magic Shop.” They are song lyrics from BTS song “Magic Shop”. These lyrics help me because when I want to give up or become down I listen and say these words and the open up my heart and help me see the lighter shade of black.

In the stories “ The Creation” and “ Coyote Cooks his Daughter”  there is a big theme of trust that is portrayed in both stories. I feel that both show a great amount of trust between friendship and family. “The Creation” is about a couple of friends Earthmaker, Coyote, and Meadowlark who go on a journey creating Earth. On this journey they all help each other and trust each other's decisions when it comes to making the planet. Now in “ Coyote Eats his Daughter” it's  about how a daughter is eaten by her own father. Trust is the most important thing between any relationship if you can't trust someone then you don't have any stability of Truth to rely on in which both of these stories uses a great amount of theme and tone to discuss the ways of how trust can be looked upon. Time Strategies

When it comes to time management strategies I always think ahead. Like some people will wait till the last minute and cram everything in just to make the deadline. Me on the other hand I will cram everything in when I first get the assigned so that I'm home free until the next assignment needs to be turned in or is assigned. So for example if an assignment is due on Friday I'm going to do all the work on Monday and Tuesday so that the rest of the week I don't have to stress about getting my work done on time. My schedule is pretty tight this semester because I'm taking four classes which are 12 units and I do have work on the sidelines. I do like the weekly calendar because it lets you know ahead of time  when something is due. Also love how all the week's worth of homework and projects we're going to do is already laid out so it's like you can work ahead and get everything done early.
